We know these pages are boring and they are written in such a way that you can have fun while still receiving the right information.

1. What I do here

This is my digital corner where I share my novels, my projects, my personal notes, and some of my professional life. All the content you see here (texts, images, and so on) is mine, and my associates’ or has the appropriate rights. So please don’t steal it. If you want to use it, ask me first. I don’t bite, I promise. 🐶

2. What you can do here

You are welcome to:

• Read and enjoy the content.
• Buy my books (thanks, you’re the best!).
• Subscribe to my newsletter to stay up to date with my news (no spam, I swear).

What you can’t do:

• Reproduce or distribute my books or content without permission. That’s like walking into a bookstore and taking a book without paying… not cool! 😜

3. Purchases and returns

If you buy a book or product here, thank you! Everything I offer is made with love and effort, but I have to be clear:

• Books have a 7-day refund policy because they are made to order. (Yes, each copy is unique, like a snowflake… except it doesn’t melt!)
• If you buy something from another store, like Amazon, that store’s return policies apply.

What about promotional products?

If you received something damaged or I made a mistake when sending it (oops!), you have up to 14 days to make a claim and we’ll fix it. But if the damage was caused by your dog, I can’t help much. 🐕

4. Privacy and personal data

I’m not a spy fan (or James Bond fan) here. Your personal information is safe with me. If you subscribe, I’ll only use your email to send you updates. No selling your data or any weird stuff.

5. Changes in the terms

From time to time, these terms may change. Why? Because the world changes, I change, and lawyers always have something to say. If I update anything, I’ll let you know in a friendly, jargon-free way.

6. Responsibility (or “don’t blame me for everything!”)

I try to make this site a safe and functional place, but I can’t guarantee that everything will always work perfectly. If something breaks (figuratively speaking), I’ll do my best to fix it.
