Shipping: The Waiting Game

Waiting for your package? I know it’s exciting, but I also know that the mail doesn’t have my writing pace (or yours). Shipments can take between 7 and 11 business days. So, be patient, young Padawan, good things take time. 🙏

If more than 11 days go by and you don’t see any sign of the package, first check with your neighbors (sometimes couriers are creative), and if it doesn’t show up, scream in the desert—or better yet, send me a message. I’m here to help. 🦸‍♂️

Returns: It’s Not You, It’s Me… or Well, Maybe It Is the Product

Do you want to return something? I understand, although it hurts. Especially if it’s one of my books. 💔 Here’s how it works:

Books:

· You have 7 days from the time the book arrives in your hands to request a refund.
Why so little time? Because the books I order are on-demand, made especially for you. Returned or not, they end up donated for someone else to enjoy. So, if you decide to return it, don’t feel guilty, but ouch, it hurts the heart. 📖😭

Other products (merch, etc.):

· You have a little more leeway here: 14 days.
Just make sure the products are in their original packaging and with no signs that you used them for a birthday party (yes, it’s happened to me). 🎉🙃

Refunds: Show Me the Money (or Not)

If everything is in order, I will process your refund with the speed of a writer looking for coffee: fast, but not instant. Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Don’t hate me, hate the banks and their bureaucracy. 💳🏦

Important Notes (Because Every Party Needs Rules)

I don’t accept returns of books purchased from other stores like Amazon or publishers. We’ll have to talk to them, folks.
If your product arrived damaged or there was a mistake on my part, mea culpa. Send me proof and we’ll sort it out quickly. 📦💥
Waiting for your replacement? Give it up to 14 days at most for it to arrive. In the meantime, enjoy the suspense.
